Growth Platform is the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority’s (LCRCA) business support service designed to support business leaders to grow and develop. Through the Local Growth Hub, cluster development as well as programme delivery and development the aim is to simplify the business support landscape across the Liverpool City Region creating a sustainable economy that reflects the needs of our community.
Off the back of the success of Growth for Good, Growth Platform wanted to engage a diverse group of stakeholders to gather key insights and better understand what the purpose-driven community needed next. By placing them at the heart of the conversation, we’re able to generate original ideas, hear diverse perspectives and open up conversations across sectors.
Once the sessions were complete, we created an insights report that helped to capture all of the ideas over the three sessions. Over 20 pages, we were able to help Growth Platform understand:
The report aligned with the Plan for Prosperity and helped them to think in a joined-up way about their activity as well as the Combined Authority’s vision for a fairer, stronger, cleaner city region.
