Ruth Hartnoll is the CEO and Co-Founder of Matchstick Creative. Through her role as CEO, she is striving to make change happen quicker by modelling purpose-driven culture, values and behaviours within the company, whilst developing the growing team of Matchsticks to do the same. Outside of Matchstick Creative, she engages with projects that help causes she’s passionate about, including sitting on the Liverpool Combined Authority Digital & Creative Board, running Firestarters and founding the the #FemaleFounder blog series.
